Most in-stock items ship within 2-4 days of ordering. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Domestic Shipments: FREE SHIPPING in the United States and Canada. International Shipments: We charge a flat rate of $50.00 for shipping for orders up to 10 pieces. For international orders over 10 pieces, contact us about shipping charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.
Thank you for ordering from reallycoolstuff.cool. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange for the value of your purchase within 30 days of your receipt date. Original shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund. Please include your receipt, your packing ticket and merchandise in your return. *All sale items are final. Payment information
We gladly accept all orders using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you may still place the order via PayPal with the credit card of your choice. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.
